Chasing That Bacon

The reward of great tasting food is a strong motivator, for better or worse. For my part, crushing a delicious meal after logging a few extra miles is one of life’s simple pleasures. I could pound chips and guacamole every day until forever. Not to mention Brazilian steak with rice and beans, banana pancakes or my specialty, homemade BBQ chicken pizza. So good. The American Chemical Society dug into why food is so motivating and produced a slick edit on why bacon smells so good. Sarah Gray reports for Salon.
